Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum stay 2 nights
2. Check-in from 3 p.m. To check in, please come to Hedon SPA & Hotel reception (Ranna puiestee 1, Pärnu)
3. We require a 200 EUR deposit at check-in with your credit card; the deposit is refunded after inspection of the apartment at checkout
4. Check-out at 11 a.m. Please return the keys to Hedon SPA & Hotel reception by 11.30 a.m. at the latest
5. The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old
6. Pets are not allowed, but we are glad to inform you that they are very welcome at Hedon SPA & Hotel
7. Please note that smoking is not allowed indoors or outside. Upon violation, the fine is 200 EUR
8. Please respect other guests and follow the property maintenance rules and the City of Pärnu’s night-time noise rules
9. The number of guests included in the price of the apartment equals the number of available beds, excluding children aged up to 3 years.
10. We kindly ask you to return the apartment in the state it was upon acceptance (cleaning is not required as it is included in the price)
11. The reservation is confirmed after the prepayment is received in full. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments can be made by credit cards and via bank links; the service provider is Maksekeskus AS
12. If the reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to the start of the accommodation, the entire cost of the reservation, minus a 50 euro handling fee, is refunded. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the start of the accommodation, the reservation must be guaranteed with a prepayment, and upon cancellation or no-show the prepayment is not refunded.
